Design & Ergonomics

The RP1 uses a nano-sized PCB (13 × 11 × 3 mm) that weighs just 2.2 g with antenna, making it easy to tuck into tight spaces on 5-inch quads or smaller models. The UFL socket allows swapping antennas for range tweaks, while the rigid T-antenna provides a baseline for general use. Solder pads are enlarged for straightforward wiring to flight controllers, and the overall layout prioritises signal integrity with the TCXO minimising drift in varying Aussie conditions — from coastal humidity to outback heat.
